Automated Logistics Information Management

The Systems Engineering Group of QinetiQ North America developed the software and Automated Unit Level Logistics System Development & Integrationprovides the training, support, fielding and sustainment of an automated maintenance and logistics information management system for Army Aviation. Designated Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation (Enhance)—ULLS-A(E)—we have fielded the system on more than 3,300 Army aircraft and trained more than 45,000 soldiers on how to use it. Its database is capable of tracking information from several disparate systems with different readiness metrics and delivering it to a completely automated maintenance and logistics system. ULLS-A(E), certified as an approved STAMIS System, is the U.S. Army standard for aircraft maintenance management.

Life-Cycle Logistics Support

The System Engineering Group’s Logistics Team provides expertise in all areas of acquisition and life-cycle logistics support. Highlights of our capabilities include:

  • Logistics budget planning and management
  • Spend-Plan development
  • Spares Budget forecasting and management
  • Developing and maintaining Product Support Data (PSDs) Sheets
  • Tracking COTS warranties and maintenance plans
  • Creating/Maintaining standard logistics documents

Our Logistics Team has broad experience fielding systems across the Department of Defense, in both single service and joint applications, managing the schedules for all conferences, shipments, fielding events, training events and documentation associated with each fielding. Our team includes a Human Systems Integration (HSI) certified professional and logisticians with DAWIA Level II and Level III completions.
