Agency ID/IQ
An Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract, as defined in section 16.501(a) of the FAR, provides for the procurement of an indeterminate quantity of services with an unspecified delivery date. An ID/IQ contract is used when the government cannot predetermine the precise quantities of supplies or services required during the specified contract period.
Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss)
The CEOss program was established by Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) to serve as its principal medium for acquiring contractor support services in four functional domains developed to address core areas of performance. EAGLE: Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions

PEO STRICOM Omnibus Contract II (STOCII)
The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) STOC II will provide PEO STRI with the ability to procure a broad range of modeling & simulation and instrumentation solutions in support of customer training and testing requirements. These solutions include procurement and/or services to support training and testing simulators, simulations, systems/devices, instrumentation systems, telecommunications systems, experimentation, targets, gaming, advanced simulation concepts, open architecture, and common part and component solutions. All efforts described in the statement of work are applicable to all U.S. Government entities (federal, state and local), selected non-government entities and approved foreign entities. In support of Section 803 of Public Law 108-136, concerning homeland defense projects, equipment and/or services described within the statement of work may be procured in support of both federal, non-federal government, and state or local authorities to procure anti-terrorism services, systems, subsystems and items, provided that a federal account is used to fund the effort.
