The Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions (EAGLE) is an enterprise information technology (IT) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract available to all U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) components and other agencies that support the Homeland Security mission. QinetiQ North America is a DHS EAGLE prime contractor.

Under EAGLE, agencies can obtain a full range of software and network infrastructure capabilities, solutions and emerging technologies to meet the information technology needs of Homeland Security. The contract enables the Government to deploy the highest quality IT solutions and align them with its missions. EAGLE allows agencies to deploy and operate nimble, cost-effective solutions for the challenges of their evolving and expanding missions.
