Dashboards and Portal Solutions
Business intelligence applications such as dashboards make the best use of existing data sources. Our dashboards are designed to provide near real-time environments for analyzing organization performance metrics, planning maintenance activities, and monitoring performance alert levels. U.S. Army aviation units use our Commander’s Dashboards to give unit commanders at all levels an immediate and accurate depiction of unit readiness. Our Aircraft Status and Condition Dashboard and our Phase Planning Dashboard are used daily to plan maintenance activities and monitor aircraft status. Our dashboards are also used at PEO Aviation to automate data collection, information analysis and report building to show the status of aircraft fleets as well as to provide consolidated reporting of program status.
Data Warehousing
Enterprise Data Warehouse software helped transform Army Aviation Maintenance programs from reactive to predictive via data management. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) selected us to develop its first enterprise data warehouse: a single, correlated data store for engineers, logisticians, program managers, and other essential planners within the AMCOM Life-Cycle Management Command. CBM-DM is helping AMCOM to increase readiness, increase time between overhaul (TBO), reduce inspections, realize longer component life and achieve cost savings each year in maintenance test flights.
WorkFlow
eLease is a workflow implementation of the full lifecycle of the leasing process, which includes more than 400 processes and tasks aggregated into seven phases and managed dynamically in compliance with a multitude of Federal regulations. eLease has transformed the GSA Public Building Services customer’s leasing methodology from a manual process into a fully automated, streamlined system, supporting the generation, routing, and management of leasing documents and managing interactions among clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to successfully complete leasing transactions. The development effort involved requirements analysis, software engineering, implementation support, systems integration, integration testing, ICASE Tools support, and system administration.
eSnap™: An instant real-time reporting solution
eSnap™, a proprietary software tool, is a flexible enterprise information integration tool that collects hard-to-find information from legacy systems and presents it in a customized executive dashboard or portal. eSnap easily integrates applications running different databases (MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.) on various platforms (Windows, Unix, etc.) with different interfaces. eSnap is a low-cast, quick and easy to set-up solution to information integration. What’s more, eSnap is accessible via web browser from any location around the clock and produces all required metrics and reporting deliverables in real-time.
eSnap enables federal, state or local government agencies to streamline asset management business processes and focus on key performance indicators to focus on a positive return on investment. eSnap has been implemented in both the public and commercial sector, including: GSA, Public Buildings Services, National Capital Region (GSA PBS NCR); Army Corps of Engineers; U.S. Department of Agriculture; Ypsilanti School District; Frederick County Public Schools; and Clark Construction.
