QinetiQ North America’s Mission Solutions Group has provided security oversight during the construction and renovation of numerous Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). We have provided the same service during the design, construction, and operation of Security Operations Centers (from where an entire headquarters building is monitored 24/7), and for Security Service Centers (SSCs) where visitors are processed. Mission Solutions Group also provides twenty-four hour facility access control.

Access Control Centers
We can provide procedures to control the flow and access of personnel and visitors within a facility. Specifically, we can:

Design your access control system, evaluate vendors, monitor implementation, and ensure system integration
Operate, update, and maintain an automated interactive database containing access information for employees and visitors
Coordinate access to controlled areas, provide visitor escorts, and conduct security checks of incoming magnetic media
Prepare and issues temporary and permanent badges, operate closed circuit televisions and fire alarm systems
Generate status reports and visit histories.

Security Operations Centers
We provide full service security operations to several DoD agencies. All of our security personnel are Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services certified security officers. Our services include:

Providing unarmed certified security officers
Monitoring CCTV and intrusion detection systems
Emergency management
Providing first responders
Investigation and documentation of incidents
Enforcing organizational orders.

Industrial Security
We developed and implemented the industrial security program at the Counterintelligence Field Activity, Missile Defense Agency and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Our programs ensure protection of classified materials, administering the DD254 program and NATO sub-registry. We have finalized more than 250 DD254s in the last three years.
