Interactive Multimedia Instruction and Courseware (IMIC)

Our Interactive Multimedia Instruction and Courseware (IMIC) tool offers scenario-based training where choices can lead a trainee down multiple paths. Video vignettes are used to present scenarios to the trainee. These are professionally produced using actors and local staff to replicate stressful situations without physical danger. Based on their study of current policies and procedures, trainees make decisions which can be viewed online. Their choices dictate the next scenario to be presented for training.

Flight Data Visualization and Analysis

FlightViz® and FlightAnalyst® are used worldwide by both military and commercial customers to improve the maintenance, operations, training and safety of aviation fleets and platforms.

A world leader in flight and simulator data analysis, our data-centric products are easy-to-use, require no programming, and are supported by the industry’s leading experts on how to convert raw flight data into cost savings, greater efficiency and a substantial return on your investment.

  Modeling & Simulation

Our modeling and simulation capabilities play a key role in the research, development, testing, analysis and training of missile defense systems. Among our services are flight test planning documentation, analysis and test execution in support of in-flight and ground testing for the U.S. Missile Defense Agency. We help our customers analyze risk and enhance battlefield performance.

Examples of our modeling and simulation services:

  • A3P: Real-time, end-to-end air and missile defense simulation
  • AHW (Advanced Hypersonic Weapon) simulation
  • Demonstrations in digital simulation and hardware-in-the-loop environments
  • Distributed high-level architecture simulation environment and framework development
  • Digital system simulations of IAMD architectures
  • Ground Midcourse Defense (GMD) test planning, execution and evaluation
  • High-fidelity, physics-based modeling and simulation
  • System of Systems Simulation Lab (SSL) development
  • Tomahawk Strike Rehearsal Tool

Expertise in Action – Flight Training

At the Iraqi Flight School (IFS), we provide fixed- and rotary-wing flight training, rotary-wing maintenance training, and aircraft sustainment services to the Iraqi Defense Forces at Kirkuk Air Base, Iraq. Our IFS training includes initial flight screenings, primary training, general and emergency maintenance of aircraft and basic and advanced instruments and tactics.

Expertise in Action – Air and Missile Defense Simulation

We led the U.S. Army Air Missile Defense A3P program, providing test and analysis infrastructure (test bed), R&D, hardware and software integration analysis, and system modeling to demonstrate the performance of an integrated, network-enabled air missile defense. Relying on our modeling and simulation expertise, we conducted research and simulation, and developed prototyping to support the development and demonstration of a common battle command capability for integrated air, space and missile defense.

Expertise in Action – DARPA Tactically Expandable Maritime Platform (TEMP)

We have engaged as the operational lead in defining a possible methodology to containerize Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (HA/DR). This effort has permitted writing the first formal Concept of Operations, a Preliminary Requirements System Design, the creation and definition of the measures required to assess mission success in real time at any disaster (including measures specific to Non Military entities such as USAID), and the creation of scenarios and preliminary models to assess the impacts of various technologies and procedures for HA/DR response.
